How it works
1. You give a referral: Know a contractor looking for their next exciting role? Click the button below and fill in the form.
2. They’re successfully placed: The referred person is placed and stays with the company for a minimum of three months.
3. Earn $1000 each: The referrer and referred person both receive their $1000 gift card.
Referrer eligibility
- Referrer must be a current contractor working with Talent International (ACT) Pty Ltd
Referred person eligibility
Referred person must:
- Not be already known to Talent International; or
- Has not been a contractor with any Talent International company more than twelve (12) months prior to the date they are referred by the referrer; or
- Has had a relationship as a contractor with Talent International within twelve (12) months prior to the date they are referred and is currently engaged with another recruitment agency, on the date they are referred.
The Contractor must be placed via Talent International (ACT) Pty Ltd prior to the 1st January 2026.
