Our client is a global leader in information management and is seeking an IT Operations Management Account Executive to drive sales of ITOM solutions. This role involves identifying opportunities, engaging clients through a consultative approach, and managing a defined territory. With a mix of SaaS and on-premises solutions, the successful candidate will work alongside pre-sales consultants to deliver business value to both new and existing clients. This is an opportunity to collaborate with top-tier organisations and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire net new business opportunities with Mid-Market and Enterprise prospects.
- Maintain high level relationships with clients and C-Level stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle process from initial cold outbound prospect to closing deals.
- Work cross functionality with internal and external teams to ensure targets are met.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain data on the CRM.
About You:
- Must have ITOM/ITSM/ITAM experience in an end-to-end sales cycle role (Account Executive).
- Ideally have 4-5 years or more total AE experience. 1-2 years of experience specifically in this field will be highly regarded!
- Proven B2B client or sales experience.
- Possess great communication and negotiation skills to analyse a business’ needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
- Display a can-do attitude and have the ability to work autonomously and with a team.
- Based in Sydney, NSW, and have full working rights in Australia.
