
AJO Technical Support Analyst (Adobe Journey Optimiser)
Our client is a Tier 1 client in the Financial Services sector. They are seeking an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Support Analyst to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization for Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) users. The ideal candidate will have expertise in marketing automation, journey orchestration, and campaign execution, ensuring seamless customer experiences across multiple channels. This role requires collaboration with marketing, IT, and business teams to drive customer engagement and optimize journey performance.
Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), diagnosing and resolving user issues.

Monitor AJO campaigns and workflows to ensure smooth execution and optimal performance.

Assist in troubleshooting issues related to data ingestion, segmentation, and personalization.

Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to enhance customer journey automation and optimize user engagement.

Maintain and update journey orchestration configurations and business rules within AJO.

Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical issues and implement preventive solutions.

Document technical issues, resolutions, and best practices to enhance team knowledge.

Stay updated with Adobe Experience Cloud developments and provide recommendations for improvements.

Assist in training and onboarding new users to AJO capabilities and best practices.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational security policies in AJO operations.
Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in supporting Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) – A MUST

Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration, segmentation, and personalization.

Hands-on experience with data ingestion, API integrations, and real-time customer interactions.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support and train end-users.

Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, or JSON is a plus.

Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.

Adobe Certified Expert in Journey Optimizer or other Adobe Experience Cloud certifications – Nice to have
