Senior Application Developer – ServiceNow Specialist
We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Application Developer with a focus on ServiceNow. You will be an integral part of our clients team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that aligns with government standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet both business and technical requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with SCRUM Agile teams to deliver iterative enhancements and new functionalities.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within ServiceNow, ensuring platform performance and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and user guides.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development and customisation.
  • Proven ability to work within SCRUM Agile teams and participate in Agile ceremonies.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to resolving ServiceNow platform issues.
  • Experience in maintaining technical documentation for system configurations and designs.
  • Knowledge of Australian Government security, privacy, and accessibility standards.
  • SFIA Level 4 or above experience in a relevant field.
