Application Support Team Lead (TechOne)
The opportunity
Our client is a government organisation in the south eastern suburbs. They have a great opportunity for an Applications Support Team Lead with strong TechnologyOne experience and knowledge to join a critical TechOne/OneCouncil cloud migration/implementation project.
- Project to end of August 2025
- Hourly rate up to $74.87 plus super per hour
- Narre Warren location with hybrid work from home
The role
As the Applications Support Team Lead, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Drive and deliver a range of Application Support initiatives that deliver IT architecture objectives, and maintain service uptime for business-critical systems
- Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of critical software applications by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and problems
- Lead and collaborate with technical support staff to provide end-to-end support of enterprise applications
- Maintain and meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for application support
- Develop Monthly reports on incidents and requests, track Application Support performance, analyse trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Capture and problem solve issues and queries, working in collaboration with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to resolve and/or escalate to Engineering as required
- Coordinate system maintenance and monitoring across a diverse range of applications and business systems
- Monitoring and managing operational budget and resources for Application Support team
- Lead the development, testing and implementation of changes to systems, including changes arising from software patches or business improvement processes
- Ensuring that suitable systems development and testing processes are in place for effective management of software packaging and releases
- Management of internal and external stakeholders, and multiple vendors to ensure business applications meet stakeholder expectations
About you
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Strong leadership skills, and proven experience in a similar role, leading SAAS applications and software teams
- Support experience with ERP, Records Management and CRM systems based on one or more platforms such as TechnologyOne Ci/CiA/SaaS (ECM), Dynamics 365, Oracle, or SAP
- TechnologyOne ERP system (either Ci/CiA on-premise or SaaS) experience would make you a stand-out candidate
- Expertise in Microsoft Cloud platform including but not limited to MS Azure Portal, Azure Cost centre, MS Power Automate, API Management, MS Office365 Administration
- Strong focus on implementing Application Security measures as part of deployment and BAU
- Be available to work onsite as required – minimum 2 days per week
