APS5 Platform Mobilisation & Standards Coordinator
The Opportunity
Our client is a community focused Federal Government Agency, currently looking to engage a APS5 Coordinator to join the Office of the CIO Scheme Digital Platforms Branch.
Initial contract until the 30th of April with extensions available, offering an hourly rate of $55.24 + superannuation based out of Richmond within a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Support the management of resource, including maintenance of resource trackers, organising interviews, onboarding & welcoming newcomers, ordering equipment, and preparing materials.
- This includes both assistance with Agency formal onboarding as well as onboarding into the Scheme Digital Platforms branch.
- Maintain resource trackers
- Assist in providing tool access to platforms such as Jira, confluence, VDI
- Serve as a communication link between team members and other stakeholders in the Platforms Digital Schemes branch.
- Schedule & organise project meetings / workshops with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support forum & meeting logistics, review schedule and actions management and logs management.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project reports, to track progress and support decision-making.
- Assist in Scheme Digital Platforms branch procurement activities under Assistant Director guidance.
- Manage Scheme Digital Platforms branch leave calendar.
- Assist team members, project managers and directors for Ad hoc project administrations tasks.
Key Skills
- 3-4 years’ experience working in a similar role.
- Demonstrate strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate experience in hands-on resource management.
- Demonstrate well-developed communications skills.
- Demonstrate competency in Microsoft applications, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in projects, PMO or business administration.
- Show competency in SharePoint, Confluence.
- Open to uplifting skills and adapting to new ways of working and tools.
- Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
