About the Role:
As a Procurement Framework Officer, you will be responsible for managing and improving procurement processes to align with legislative requirements and agency policies. Your work will directly contribute to the agency’s goal of delivering better social and economic outcomes, making your role both challenging and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and ensure the agency’s procurement activities comply with legislative and policy requirements.
- Assist in the redesign and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
- Develop comprehensive procurement documentation and templates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the procurement framework.
- Integrate procurement framework with other systems like service desk and compliance.
- Provide quality advice to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing guides, SOPs, and templates.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Commonwealth procurement or grants.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under limited direction.
Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
