APS5 Property Officer
About the Role:
12-month contract with potential beyond for a APS5 Property Officer to join the Corporate, Information & Property Services branch of a Large federal agency currently undertaking several major transformation projects.
Hourly rate of $55.24 hourly + Superannuation.
Based in Richmond with 3 days in the office and the rest from home.
Key Duties:
- Engaging and monitoring third party providers for property, shared services or other corporate operations matters.
- Responding to property and corporate services related enquiries and issues from staff members. Contributing towards team planning, task assignment and monitoring activities that support delivery and completion of work.
- Monitoring levels of stationery and consumables within a portfolio of NDIA locations and ensuring sufficient stocks are ordered and delivered to sites.
- Developing and maintaining carpark ballots and fleet vehicles.
- Supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures that support the activities of the team, including resolving or escalating emerging issues.
- Supporting NDIA staff of fleet, mail and other corporate operations matters.

Eligibility/Other Requirements: The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment National Police History check, Worker Screening check and/or Working with Children Check (where required) and provide evidence of Australian Citizenship.
