Azure Data Lead Engineer

A Microsoft Partner in the US  that’s working across multiple industries such as, Finance, Retail, GCP, is looking to hire an Azure Data Lead to help run an enterprise Azure data migration for a well-known healthcare company.

This would be a 9–12-month contract, fully remote.

Here are some of the basics needed:

  • Technical expert on Databricks, Azure, ADF etc.
  • Provide technical leadership in the overall architecture, design and integration and includes activities such as best practices in architecture, development, integration, removing technical roadblocks, etc.
  • Ability to provide direction and manage technical aspects of the life cycle – some of the areas could include building a business semantic layer, data virtualization, building a domain driven data hubs etc.
  • Adept in building reference architectures, presentations, technical documentation, and demos for improvement and understanding.
  • Participate as a subject matter expert in ongoing success of customers and bring technology and business together.
  • Should have good experience working with data initiatives in the Healthcare / Payer (Medicaid / Medicare) domains – has been a part of data migration, transformation, and modernization initiatives in Healthcare – HEDIS, Fee Schedule, Technology migration from Synapse to Databricks, Hadoop to Databricks, etc.
