
Branch Manager
Our client is a looking for an experience Branch Manager to join the Griffith Branch. The company is key supplier of cylinder gases within the area, these include LPG, Industrial Gases, Hospitality Gases, and Medical Gases. The role with manage the day-to-day operation of the Branch as well as the long-term strategic growth of the business. The branch has a current workforce of 8 employees, which is made up of drivers, operational/ administrative staff, and yard hands. As the business is rapidly growing across the country, they are looking for a driven individual with ambition to grow the region. Previous experience in operations or logistics will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities:
- Leding the branch staff, creating a positive working environment, and mentoring staff.
- Ensuring the business is safety focused.
- Strategic planning for future business opportunities and growth of current business.
- Develop sales and manage expense budget.
- Actively play a part in staff development, drive professional and personally growth.
- Achieve branch KPIS and set individual KPI’s for staff.
Requirements:
- MUST hold valid, Australian driver’s license, Forklift and HR Licence.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a similar size team.
- Ability to handle high pressure situation and stress effectively.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Current police check and demerit point statement.
