The Business Analyst will ensure our business and information systems support our operational and strategic needs.

Must have:

  • 5 years of experience as a Business analyst, with experience in complex application migrations and implementations
  • Experience in business process re-engineering, mapping and documentation.
  • Knowledge in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) 2.0 standard.
  • Demonstrated experience with full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which will include researching solutions and options, validation and acceptance of business solutions, reports and business processes, business process testing, writing business test cases.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 (MS SharePoint, Teams, strong skills in Visio, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
