The role
This Victorian government client is looking for a Business Analyst to undertaking support the requirements and data mapping of multiple dispersant systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the development of accurate process models
- Contribute to data management process enhancement
- Working with business subject matter experts (SME’s) to understand and capture pain points that can be converted into a BI report.
- Assist in product backlog.
- Convert raw business requirements into technical business requirements.
- Define and document data mapping and business process mapping
You will have:
- Business Analyst experience in the government sector highly regarded.
- Extensive experience with data analysis activities
- Experience with D365 or regulatory management systems.
- Solid understanding of modern data management and visualisation tools/platforms
- Data analysis (SQL/Excel/PowerBI) and Data modelling (conceptual and logical) experience.
- Experienced in conducting workshops and eliciting relevant information
- Tactful and professional approach with great stakeholder engagement skills.
