One of our clients is looking for a Business Analyst with experience in reviewing and analysing legal documentation. It has to be HR / Employment law.

Required:

  • 2+ years’ experience working in a software product-based organisation / environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret compliance / legal requirements and translation into tasks to be consumed by development team.
  • Analyse and interpret legal requirements, breaking down complex legal language into clear, actionable tasks.
  • Engage with legal experts to seek clarifications on regulations and ensure complete accuracy in compliance interpretation.
  • Translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications for development teams, ensuring legal standards are met across the product lifecycle.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between legal, product, and engineering teams to ensure compliance requirements are fully integrated into our software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation of compliance requirements, technical processes, and system modifications.
