Business Analyst (SharePoint)

Talent International is searching for an experienced Business Analyst (SharePoint) to join our government client based in Brisbane CBD on a 3.5-month contract + Likely Extensions

// Contract Until 30/06/2025 + Likely Extensions
// 2 Days WFH Per Week
// Brisbane CBD Location

The Role:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the implementation of a new Ways of Working (WoW) model. You will work closely with stakeholders to drive improvements in People, Communication, and Critical Processes, aligning with recommendations from a PwC report.

Key Responsibilities:

// Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather and document business requirements
// Develop Future State System Workflows (BPMN 2.0) and UML Use Cases
// Conduct walkthroughs to validate and obtain approval for business analysis outputs
// Support testing activities, including preparing and executing test plans
// Deliver project documentation in alignment with project management frameworks
// Manage sensitive information and maintain records in line with information management policies

Skills & Experience:

// Experience in business process modelling (BPMN 2.0) and UML Use Cases
// Proficiency in Microsoft Visio & SharePoint
// Government sector experience preferred
// Strong stakeholder engagement and change management experience
