Join a leading global consulting organisation as a Business Analyst specialising in OSS/BSS transformation within the telecommunications sector. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge digital transformation projects, collaborating with industry leaders to shape the future of telecom infrastructure and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Requirement Analysis – Gather, analyse, and document requirements for OSS/BSS systems
Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate across business, IT, and network teams to align on system needs
Process Optimization – Identify and improve inefficiencies across telecom workflows
Solution Design – Define enhancements, integrations, and data flows with architects and developers
OSS/BSS Transformation – Lead migrations, upgrades, and new system implementations
Vendor Collaboration – Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure solution quality
Testing & Compliance – Support UAT and ensure regulatory and security compliance

Key Skills & Experience:
🔹 8+ years as a Business Analyst in telecom OSS/BSS
🔹 Deep understanding of Order Management, Billing, CRM, Provisioning, Network Management
🔹 Familiarity with telecom frameworks: eTOM, ITIL, TM Forum
🔹 Experience with telecom technologies: 5G, VoIP, Mobile, Fiber, Fixed Networks
🔹 Knowledge of modern integration methods: APIs, microservices, cloud-based OSS/BSS
🔹 Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, BPMN, and process modelling
🔹 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
✔ OSS/BSS transformation program experience
✔ Familiarity with AI/ML in telecom operations
✔ Certifications: CBAP, ITIL, TM Forum
