About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to play a key role in the implementation of a global project management software rollout across the APAC region. This high-profile role is part of a newly structured change management function within the organisation. This position will be one of the few dedicated change resources in the region.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of a global project management software rollout for over 10,000 employees.

Drive stakeholder engagement and change adoption in a complex environment, working closely with engineers and highly skilled professionals.

Influence, challenge, and communicate effectively across a diverse workforce.

Balance both technical and functional aspects of the change process while implementing structured change methodologies.

Support digital transformation efforts, including network optimisation and software procurement.
Ideal Candidate

Experienced change professional who can operate independently and hold their ground in discussions with senior stakeholders.

Strong influencing skills – must be comfortable working in an evolving project landscape with highly skilled engineers.

Proven track record in leading change for large-scale global system implementations.

Resilient and adaptable – Requiring a self-starter who can handle a high-pressure environment.

Recognised relevant tertiary qualifications in a Technology, business, engineering or similar area
