The Business Coordinator will assist in the management of key program governance forums, and production of program and governance artefactsas well as providing wide ranging administration and support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage various program activities such as program retrospectives
- Preparation and updating of various project documents
- Prepare reports and reports to the project team on the report findings
- Support business case development
- Backlog grooming
- Provision of administration support in business-as-usual functions
- Conduct stakeholder identification, analysis and management
- Development of agenda’s and minutes for meetings
Key Skills
- Prior experience working in a Project Officer position
- Strong governance experience
- Strong communications kills and the ability to present to stakeholders
- Keen eye for detail
- Great stakeholder engagement and ability to build trust and rapport
- Prior government department experience would be highly regarded
- Experience in backlog grooming
