Our client is a global business that connects people, data, and applications – quickly, securely, and effortlessly across their portfolio of services. More specifically, Managed Security Services is a key offering that they are looking to further grow in the region and their next sales hire is going to do exactly that.

This role is key in executing the sales strategy for Managed Security Services in the ANZ market. The ideal candidate will have strong connections with key IT security and cyber security decision-makers, and will use these relationships to create net new opportunities and drive revenue.

What will you be doing?

  • Build and manage relationships with key IT Security/Cyber Security decision-makers.
  • Identify and secure new high-value enterprise customers across all industries.
  • Have a consultative selling approach to uncover client needs, strategize, and close net new sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in Managed Security Services and Professional Security Services.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and account plans to exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Security Practice and Product Management teams to ensure alignment in strategies and solutions.

What are they looking for?

  • At least 5 years of cyber security sales experience, ideally with Managed Security Services (MSS) and/or Professional Security Services.
  • Knowledge and experience with Australia’s cyber standards and data privacy laws.
  • Proven experience in exceeding sales targets.
  • Have experience with winning net new enterprise level customers.
  • Come with a network of C-level executives.
  • Be a strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
