What You’ll Do:
- Build & Maintain Broker Relationships – Develop lasting partnerships with mortgage brokers and aggregator partners.
- Drive Loan Growth – Provide expert guidance on loan structures and scenarios, helping brokers find the best solutions.
- Engage with Industry Leaders – Represent the business at key broker and aggregator events.
- Achieve & Exceed Targets – Deliver on settlement volumes and key sales KPIs.
- Collaborate & Innovate – Work with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the broker experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in residential mortgage lending and sales.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, credit criteria, and lending structures.
- A relationship-first mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A current non-restrictive Australian Driver’s License is required.
