We are looking for an experienced Business Improvement Specialist to join one of our clients in Adelaide. The following skills and experience are essential to be successful in this role.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business process mapping in BPMN.
  • Design and deliver documentation and learning modules.
  • Experience setting up process governance structure (including establishing a governance council structure, policy, procedures, guidelines, workflow, decision making, documentation etc).
  • Ability to conduct business process training and conducting current state workshops.
  • Ability to assist with current state process mapping – Converting existing process maps to BPMN standard.
  • Experience setting up a business process management office.
  • Experience working on ARIS/Signavio or similar enterprise architecture platform.
  • Should possess excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
