Business Process Analyst/ Business Analyst

Our Client is a Tier 1 client in the Financial Services sector. They are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst / Business Analyst to join our dynamic team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for working across Records Management and Risk, helping to drive the implementation of a new system and new ways of working.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, objectives, and challenges.
  • Analyze and map current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and document functional and non-functional requirements for new and existing systems.
  • Work with unstructured records documents and target operating models to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new processes and systems.
  • Provide training and support to staff on the use of new systems and processes.
  • Analyze and assess the effectiveness of existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvement plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure that all processes and systems comply with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 6- 8 years of experience in Business Analysis / Business Process Analysis.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification – A MUST
  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
