Purpose:

We are now recruiting for a Business Systems Manager who is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of business systems and processes that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. This role will contribute to the maturing and adoption of ITIL/COBIT practices ensuring alignment to the ICT Operational Excellence strategy and proactively collaborate with organisation change and portfolio practices to assure smooth change transition of new capabilities. Lead and develop a team of ICT professions that provides reliable services and drives continuous improvement to improve service levels and cost efficiencies.

Required:

  • Significant experience in leading applications and technology service delivery functions and associated teams, relationships and budgets in legacy and Cloud/SAAS platform environments.
  • Significant experience with commercial software management, preferably larger scale systems such as ERP, CRM, Insurance, Financial and Dispatch Systems.
  • Experience in Microsoft Technologies and Platforms
  • Significant experience in services sourcing, supplier contract and service level management.
  • Significant experience of managing multi disciplinary teams to achieve forecasted platform change needs.
  • Experience in Incident and Change Management processes to maximise platform resilience and assure all key stakeholders
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure minimal downtime and data loss.
  • Experience in managing innovative IT operational service delivery, ensuring continuous improvement and cost efficiency goals are achieved
  • Experience in assuring compliance and related Cyber risk is operationally managed to agreed policies.
