Exciting Opportunity: Call/Contact Centre Operator x 3 (Part-Time)
Talent International is recruiting for multiple Call/Contact Centre Operators to join a dynamic NSW Government call centre based in Newcastle. These are part-time contract roles running until 23rd July 2025, with potential for extension. The roles offer a competitive hourly rate of $34.59 + superannuation.
Key Details:
- Start Date: 24/01/2025
- Work Hours: Up to 5 hours per day / 25 hours per week
- Location: On-site at Parramatta
- Roster:
- 6 am – 10 pm rotating roster (Monday to Sunday, including public holidays).
- Shifts rotate every 2 weeks (e.g., early, mid, and late start shifts).
- Interview Method: Virtual interviews via Teams (25-30 minutes).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries across various communication channels (phone, face-to-face, or written).
- Deliver accurate, consistent advice and information per organizational standards.
- Maintain and update records and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Educate clients/customers on their rights, responsibilities, and available services.
- Prepare documentation and correspondence adhering to quality and organizational requirements.
- Provide administrative and support services to ensure smooth operations.
Essential Requirements:
- Work Eligibility: Must have full-time working rights in Australia.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is ESSENTIAL.
- Call Centre Confidence: Comfortable working in a high-volume environment.
- Availability: Ready to commence immediately.
- Preferred Experience:
- Salesforce knowledge (not mandatory).
- Government call centre background (bonus).
