Exciting Opportunity: Call or Contact Centre Operator
Talent International is currently recruiting for a Call or Contact Centre Operator to work with a NSW Government client based in Grafton. This is a 2-month contract role with the possibility of extension, offering a competitive hourly rate of $34.58 + Super.
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to multi-channel customer enquiries and process transactions using defined processes and systems
– Provide high-quality customer service, interpreting and resolving first-contact enquiries
– Communicate with customers in a courteous and empathic manner
– Process transactions accurately and efficiently, referencing shared service knowledge articles
– Escalate complex enquiries and transactions, providing feedback to customers
Essential Requirements:
– Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in a customer-centric service organisation
– Ability to adapt and learn new processes and procedures
– Ability to take ownership of customer experience and provide best possible service
– Experience using multiple computer-based systems and ability to learn new systems
