We are looking for an experienced Case Manager with claims management background to join one of our clients in Adelaide. The following skills and experience are essential to be successful in this role.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • Previous claims experience preferred .
  • Experience in liaising with legal, product and medical practitioners preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in death claims desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a counseling, nursing, community services/care worker or similar field preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of superannuation legislation desirable.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • RG146 compliance desirable but not necessary.
