Talent International is searching for an experienced Change Analyst to join our Higher Education client based in Brisbane CBD on a 6-month contract with potential extensions.

The Role:

Be part of the transformative Admissions Reimagined and Transformed (ART) Project. As a Change Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting change and communication activities to ensure the clients readiness for the new StudyLink implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement to support impacted groups effectively.
  • Perform detailed change impact assessments, focusing on admissions processes and their effect on diverse cohorts.
  • Develop strategies aligned with the approved Change and Communications Plan to drive successful adoption and embedding of changes.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to guide stakeholders through change.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree advantageous).
    • Certifications in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar).
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
    • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and facilitation.
    • Ability to synthesize complex information into effective change strategies.
