Talent International is searching for an experienced Change Analyst to join our government client based in Brisbane CBD on an initial contract until April 2026, with the potential for extensions.

The Role:

As a Change Analyst, you will support the Human Capital Management Solution (HCMS) program, conducting impact analysis and identifying risks while assisting in the development of change management strategies and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct change impact assessments and assess organisational readiness.
  • Identify key stakeholders and support the development of change strategies.
  • Assist in executing change management plans in coordination with the Change Manager.
  • Develop and distribute communications to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Contribute to training material development and planning training sessions.
  • Track and report change management metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and engagement activities to address stakeholder concerns.
  • Support the change network, engaging with change champions across the organisation.
  • Provide post-implementation support to end users and assist in issue resolution.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in change management within ICT-enabled transformation projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including impact assessment capabilities.
  • Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and implementing change strategies and communication plans.
  • Familiarity with Human Capital Management Systems (HCMS) is highly desirable.
  • High-level proficiency in digital analytical tools such as MS Excel and Access.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
  • Knowledge of change management frameworks such as PROSCI or ADKAR is advantageous.
