- Skilled in developing communication strategies using diverse media and delivery styles.
- Experienced in evaluating readiness and developing training/learning plans.
- Proven success in improving organisational change readiness and adoption.
- Strong background in co-designing change approaches with end users.
- Extensive experience working with technical teams in Agile environments.
- Proficiency in MS applications, Jira, and Confluence.
