The Role:
This Government Agency is seeking a Change Lead to develop change activities and strategies, replacing a legacy application with a new application.

The Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement all change activities including change strategy, change plan, stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, change interventions and business readiness.
  • Working with the project manager to integrate change management activities in the project plan.
  • Create and deliver engaging communication plans, ensuring all staff are informed about the upcoming changes and the benefits they will bring.
  • Anticipate points of resistance and develop specific change and communications plans to mitigate or address the business risks and concerns.
  • Foster a culture of readiness and adaptability, facilitating learning, development, and ongoing support for team members.

Skills & Required Experience:

  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in change management, ideally within complex digital transformation projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess and address organisational readiness for change.
  • Experience delivering enterprise systems and large technical/digital programmes with a focus on change management processes.
  • Experience working in Government or Public Sector is required.
