We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join a leading commercial organisation and play a pivotal role in the delivery of major transformation initiatives within their Commercial Digital and Member Services teams. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of several key projects aimed at enhancing digital experiences for members and guests.

As a Change Manager, you will work alongside a Senior Change Manager on a highly impactful transformation program. You will be responsible for leading the change efforts across two concurrent projects, both designed to introduce new and innovative offerings that will improve customer experiences. The role involves working with a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure the smooth adoption of new technologies and processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead change management activities for two key projects, ensuring successful adoption and integration of new services and technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and implement change strategies.
  • Design and deliver tailored communication and training programs to support the transition.
  • Ensure that project goals are met, providing ongoing support and guidance to teams throughout the process.
  • Drive engagement and provide feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement during the transformation process.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in change management within digital and commercial transformation environments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing change across multiple projects and business units.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Expertise in delivering training and communication programs, along with the creation of user-friendly support materials.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a flexible, solutions-oriented approach to managing challenges.
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms and technologies (experience with commercial, member, and guest-facing platforms is a plus).
