Are you a change leader passionate about driving impactful transformation? This leading University is seeking an experienced Change Manager to play a key role in implementing a scheduling system for casual staff.

Key activities

  • Design, develop, and execute change initiatives, including establishing Change Networks, Go-Live, and Hypercare support models.
  • Identify, analyse, and mitigate risks, including resistance to change.
  • Coach senior leaders and supporting them in driving change across the University.
  • Evaluate change readiness and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Engage stakeholders and ensuring seamless communication across teams.
  • Track stakeholder engagement and refine strategies to maximise adoption.

Key skills & experience

  • Minimum 8 years leading change management activities in technology-driven projects.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement change management strategies, communication plans, and resistance management techniques.
  • Experience implementing scheduling, time, and attendance systems (UKG/Kronos preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • High-level problem-solving skills and sound judgment to navigate complex challenges.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, etc.) highly regarded.
