
Change Manager
Are you a change leader passionate about driving impactful transformation? This leading University is seeking an experienced Change Manager to play a key role in implementing a scheduling system for casual staff.
Key activities
- Design, develop, and execute change initiatives, including establishing Change Networks, Go-Live, and Hypercare support models.
- Identify, analyse, and mitigate risks, including resistance to change.
- Coach senior leaders and supporting them in driving change across the University.
- Evaluate change readiness and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Engage stakeholders and ensuring seamless communication across teams.
- Track stakeholder engagement and refine strategies to maximise adoption.
Key skills & experience
- Minimum 8 years leading change management activities in technology-driven projects.
- Proven ability to develop and implement change management strategies, communication plans, and resistance management techniques.
- Experience implementing scheduling, time, and attendance systems (UKG/Kronos preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- High-level problem-solving skills and sound judgment to navigate complex challenges.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, etc.) highly regarded.
