
Change Manager
We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager for a large government body to lead and implement change management strategies for key projects.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Change & Engagement, you’ll collaborate with project teams, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to drive smooth transitions and successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Change Management Plans for strategic initiatives.
- Deliver impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training programs.
- Integrate change management into project planning and execution.
- Provide coaching and advice to leaders and teams on change strategies.
- Align change initiatives with organisational priorities and best practices (PROSCI).
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in change management.
- Degree in Business, HR, Organisational Development, or Change Management.
- Prosci Accreditation (or equivalent).
- Strong project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Previous experience in Workforce Capability Analysis, Training design & development and communications
