We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager for a large government body to lead and implement change management strategies for key projects.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Change & Engagement, you’ll collaborate with project teams, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to drive smooth transitions and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Change Management Plans for strategic initiatives.
  • Deliver impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training programs.
  • Integrate change management into project planning and execution.
  • Provide coaching and advice to leaders and teams on change strategies.
  • Align change initiatives with organisational priorities and best practices (PROSCI).

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in change management.
  • Degree in Business, HR, Organisational Development, or Change Management.
  • Prosci Accreditation (or equivalent).
  • Strong project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in Workforce Capability Analysis, Training design & development and communications
