Job Details

Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled and energetic Chief Developer to join a dynamic team committed to delivering innovative ICT-based solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to significant work programs aimed at improving a major national service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish coding standards, perform code reviews, and implement governance processes to ensure high-quality, secure, and compliant solutions.
  • Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing to enhance skills and technical capabilities.
  • Collaborate with technical leads to define and refine the technical strategy and roadmap.
  • Oversee the progress of development projects, support the resolution of blockers and issues, and ensure timely delivery.

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience as a software developer with a track record of leading development teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Vlocity components, including OmniScript, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures.
  • Proficient in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and version control systems.
  • Experience working with OOP, frameworks & design patterns, and building & working with integrations (e.g., REST APIs, Platform Events).
  • Possess high-level Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Omnistudio Developer/Consultant, Salesforce Architect Domain).
