CIAM Product Owner
We are seeking a skilled professional to take ownership of the Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solution for a leading organization. This role will involve working closely with security, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure secure and seamless digital experiences for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prioritize CIAM features, aligning them with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate across departments and manage external CIAM vendors.
- Monitor system performance, customer authentication, and handle issue resolution.
- Develop and drive CIAM strategy, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
