Civil Operator- Contract - FIFO

Roster: 8 days on / 6 days off | 12-hour shifts
Location: FIFO from Perth

Are you an experienced Civil Operator looking for a FIFO opportunity with a leading mining company? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our client’s team, ensuring the ongoing maintenance and safety of civil infrastructure on-site.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Civil & Infrastructure Supervisor, you will be responsible for carrying out civil maintenance activities to ensure roads and associated infrastructure remain operational, accessible, and safe at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Demonstrate safe working behaviours in all activities
✔ Ensure compliance with mining rail safety, and environmental procedures
✔ Complete planned and unplanned maintenance tasks efficiently, with minimal rework
✔ Follow work instructions and maintain active involvement in maintenance schedules
✔ Report concerns and issues regarding road maintenance to your supervisor in a timely manner

Skills & Experience:

• HR Licence (Current Australian)
• Experience operating mobile plant, including:
• Grader
• Front End Loader
• Tipper Truck
• Water Truck
• Roller
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a small team
• Proactive mindset with the initiative to get the job done
