Team Leader – Procurement & Contract Management | Major Infrastructure Projects
A rare opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role overseeing high-value procurement contracts (up to $400M) for critical infrastructure projects. As Team Leader, you’ll manage a team of category and sourcing professionals, driving procurement strategy, contract governance, and commercial outcomes for both network and non-network projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead procurement delivery across significant contracts of high value and complexity

Ensure compliance with procurement policy, standards, and frameworks

Provide strategic guidance, risk mitigation, and negotiation expertise

Manage and mentor a team of procurement professionals
-
Deliver commercial outcomes while meeting government and regulatory obligations
What We’re Looking For:
-
Degree in Law, Engineering, Business, or a trade background with deep contract/procurement experience

Extensive experience in category and sourcing management
-
Strong commercial, legal, and risk management knowledge

Proven people leadership and team-building skills
-
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities
