
Communications and Training Specialist
- 6 Month Contract – Newly Created Government Agency
- Melbourne CBD – Hybrid working from home
- Hands-on role – 70% Communications 30% Training Focus
This new Government Agency is seeking a Communications and Training Specialist to develop and execute communications and training plans to support the adoption of a new billing platform throughout the organisation.
You will be responsible for
- Develop and execute communications plans to support the workstreams
- Ensure training needs are identified and well supported
- Conduct Stakeholder analysis, change impact and readiness assessments
- Provide guidance and support on communication best practices to teams across the organisation
- Ensure user adoption is maximise through effective communications and training across the organisation
You will have
- Proven experience in a Communications and/or Training Specialist position
- Hands-on and pragmatic approach to Communications and Training
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences.
- Experience in creating and delivering training programs, including virtual and in-person sessions.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience within the Energy Industry or Government would be beneficial
