
Communications Manager | Immediate Start
We are currently hiring for a Communications Manager on behalf of a Tier One Telco based in Macquarie Park.
Role Overview
- Reputation Management: Shaping the company’s consumer-facing image through media outreach, thought leadership content, and influencer collaborations.
- Consumer Story Pitching: Promoting new devices, sales events (EOFY), community initiatives, and digital safety programs to the media.
- Media Relations: Handling inbound/outbound media inquiries, writing press releases and blog content, and utilising media monitoring and database tools.
- Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, requiring excellent communication and approval-seeking skills.
- Content Creation: Developing written and visual content for diverse platforms.
- Regional Community Engagement: Contributing to regional community outreach efforts.
- Independent Work: Taking ownership of projects and working autonomously
Additional Information
- Paying up to $650 per day + Super
- Immediate start preferred due to the initial duration of the contract
- 3 Days in Office, 2 Days WFH with anchor days alternating between Tuesday & Wednesday
- 2 Stage Interview Process commencing the first week of April
