Communications, Training and Change Specialist
The Role on Offer:
We’re currently working with a retail client who are seeking a Communication, Training and Change Specialist to join their Kronos project team on a part-time contractual engagement.
This position will be operated as 3 days per week with 1 day per week on-site in the inner-northern suburbs office.
Rate on offer would be up to 900 per day inclusive of Super and cost, depending on relevant experience. The engagement will be until June 30th, 2025, Extensions may be offered following Hypercare.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Training Plan.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Create Training Manuals and Job Aids tailored to project requirements.
- Design Quick Reference Guides for ease of learning.
- Produce engaging Training Videos and BAU Training Videos.
- Facilitate Train the Trainer sessions to empower internal trainers.
- Deliver Online Training sessions with a focus on interactivity and retention.
- Lead Head Onsite Office Training for hands-on experience.
- Craft a strategic Communications Plan to support project objectives.
- Update the Intranet with timely and relevant project information.
- Design and distribute User Feedback Surveys to gauge effectiveness.
- Perform Readiness Checks to ensure smooth transition during project phases.
- Develop Test Scripts to validate functionality and user experience.
- Provide Hypercare Support, including additional materials and training as needed.
- Undertake Adhoc tasks to support the project’s success.
Required Skills & Specialisms:
- Proven experience in training and change management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create high-quality training materials and deliver effective training sessions.
- Experience with online and in-person training delivery.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the Kronos system is highly advantageous.
