The Role

Our client is seeking a Content Designer to work in a multi-disciplinary team to create engaging web content for the website and new authenticated digital services.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating, editing and publishing web content to help Australian businesses export their products and services
  • Collaborating and negotiating diverse subject matter experts to create content
  • Turning complex information into accessible content.
  • Testing content with real users and iterate it based on their feedback.

Skills and Experience

  • Creating and managing user-centred content for websites (preferably for an Australian
  • business audience).
  • Creating content that is findable, useful and accessible.
  • Creating content that is optimised for search engines.
  • Using analytics tools to gather user insights and measure content performance
  • (including SEO).
