As part of this large Portfolio as a Continuous Improvement/Process Analyst for this leading higher education provider you will work with stakeholders and other business units to assess end to end processes, map them when required, and find optimised solutions for implementation.

Your brand-new role will see you produce business requirements, process documentation and workflows, knowledge articles, risk assessments and presentation packs.

Skills and experience

  • Excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills with the ability to work collaboratively with academic and professional staff from diverse backgrounds and portfolios to understand the problems and enable finding solutions.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills and the capacity to develop creative solutions to solve stakeholder needs based on the problem statements whether that is improvement to existing processes.
  • Proven experience and expertise in developing process documentation or deep diving into existing process documentation and workflows with the view to formulating solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, analyse and develop business requirements from a range of clients and stakeholders to deliver business optimisation initiatives.
  • Attention to detail whilst working to tight deadlines and or changing direction.
