An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and experienced Corporate Receptionist to join a leading company in the health and beauty sector on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is based in the heart of Sydney CBD and offers a competitive salary of up to $70k + superannuation.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide a warm and professional welcome to all clients and visitors.
– Manage the reception area, ensuring it is presentable and well-organized.
– Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently.
– Assist with scheduling meetings, managing meeting rooms, and coordinating office events.
– Support the team with general administrative tasks as required.
About You:
– Proven experience as a receptionist or in a corporate support role.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
– A positive, professional demeanor with high attention to detail.
– Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in Sydney CBD.
