Customer Service Officer
The Role
Join government client as a Customer Service Officer for an intial 6 month contract with a potential to extend / go permanent. This role is based in South West Melbourne. The few areas you will be exposed to and trained with this organisation which are customer service front counter, concierge, license testing officer and computer testing officer.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all interactions and administrative tasks
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals
- Maintain a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving and customer support
About You:
- Full drivers licence required
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain composed under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy
