About the role:
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with Account Management, Business Developement, or Customer Success Management experience that comes from a Technology / SaaS background or is looking for their break into Technology / SaaS Sales.
You may be an existing Customer Success Manager, or Account Manager, Delivery Manager, or even coming from a Prodfessional Services environment looking to transition into a Customer Success/ Account Management role.
This flexible work from home/office role will see you manage a portfolio of existing customers within the thriving Cyber Security Ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving renewals, account expansion (up-sell/cross-sell), and advocacy across your accounts whilst delivering the best service!
Full training and development will be provided by industry experts to bring you up to speed on all the solutions sold. You will be responsible for driving renewals, expansion, and advocacy across your accounts and delivering the best service!

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers

About you:
- 3+ years’ SaaS / Technology / Managed Services / Professional Services experience
- Have been in a Customer Success Management, Account Management, Sales Executive, Account Executive, Professional Services role before
- Demonstrated achievement across managing B2B accounts
- Comfortable with face-to-face interaction
- Possess clear communication skills
- Have valid working rights in Australia
