Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate and transform data from various disparate sources, including CRMs, billing systems, and legacy systems.
  • Build and maintain ETL workflows to streamline data ingestion, transformation, and consolidation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop business intelligence solutions for fraud detection and monitoring.
  • Develop and optimise dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualise fraud risks and business intelligence insights.
  • Implement real-time fraud monitoring solutions to assess risks dynamically.
  • Design and implement alerting mechanisms for fraud event detection.

Key Skills & Experience:

Data Engineering & Integration:

  • Proven experience working with disparate data sources, legacy systems, and modern data platforms.
  • Strong ETL expertise, integrating data from various operational sources.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.
  • Hands-on experience with Data360Analyze or other ETL workflow tools.
  • Familiarity with APIs and automation for seamless data integration.

Business Intelligence & Dashboarding:

  • Experience building dashboards and watchlists for fraud monitoring and investigation.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Ability to create near real-time fraud risk monitoring solutions.
  • Experience in designing alerting mechanisms for fraud event detection.
