Delivery Lead
Our well-known client who supplies services to various Mining/ Resources clients in WA is seeking two technology professionals to join their team on a permanent basis. The roles are based in Perth CBD and offer WFH flexibility. Both opportunities require the candidate to originate opportunities for growth with one focusing on defining solutions and the other having more of a project/ program management focus.
Please note only Perth based candidates with the appropriate industry experience will be considered.
Responsibilities/Skills include some of the following:
- Experience across the project lifecycle
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholders effectively
- Change management and operational readiness experience
- Ability to identify opportunities and develop strategies for pre-sales
- Creating solutions for complex engineering and business challenges
- Experience leading the bid/ sales process across the full sales lifecycle
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Recent and extensive mining/ resources industry experience.
- Broad technical understanding especially around mining supply chain, data engineering, digital transformation, autonomous equipment and smart maintenance
- Consulting mind set with the ability to wear multiple hats
- Highly motivated, with excellent leadership, documentation, organisational, negotiation and people skills.
