Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: On-site 5 days a week – Sydney
Contract Duration: 24 months
Rate: $49/hr inc. super

About the Role:
Join a leading company in the IT Helpdesk team as a Desktop Support Engineer! This hands-on role is perfect for a tech-savvy professional with solid troubleshooting skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for delivering exceptional support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across Windows, Mac OS, M365, and more
  • Support hardware, software, mobiles, and AV equipment
  • Configure and maintain IT equipment and networks
  • Provide top-notch customer service with clear communication
  • Work on-site daily; occasional travel may be required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with Windows, Mac OS, ServiceNow, Active Directory, Intune/SCCM, and networking
  • Knowledge of mobile devices (Android/Apple) and video conferencing tools
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Preferred Certifications – CompTIA A+, Microsoft, JAMF or similar
