Location: Sydney (Hybrid Working)
Duration: 6-month contract (with potential for extension)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps Lead to oversee the delivery and operational performance of People & Culture (P&C) systems for a leading consultancy working with a major telecom company. This role focuses on ensuring the technical success of the P&C technology domain, including Workday and other key HR platforms. You will be part of an agile team, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless system performance, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery and ongoing operational performance of Workday HCM and other related P&C systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective system integration, technical quality, and alignment with business needs.
- Provide technical leadership and direction for agile teams, guiding them to meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Contribute to the development of the P&C technology roadmap and support solution delivery across the enterprise.
- Ensure successful integration and management of multi-application IT solutions, including HR platforms like Workday, Salesforce, and other ERP systems.
- Act as Scrum Master, enabling team collaboration, continuous improvement, and successful Agile delivery.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Strong technical expertise with Workday (HCM) and experience in both delivery and operations.
- Proven ability to work across P&C technology solutions, with a solid background in HR system management and integration.
- Experience working in telecommunications or similar industries, with a clear understanding of related system requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams through complex technical environments.
- Solid experience in Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices.
Essential Skills:
- Workday HCM experience (technical, not functional)
- Telecommunications industry background
- Strong understanding of HR technology systems and ERP integration
- Delivery and operational experience
