Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Campaign Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering data-driven solutions for our clients throughout the entire campaign process. In this position, you will collaborate with team members to develop innovative marketing strategies and be actively involved in enhancing your expertise across various digital media channels. This role offers the chance to engage with local and national teams while fostering your own professional development in alignment with agency and client needs. You will also have opportunities to interact directly with clients and media owners, taking on increasing responsibilities in planning, buying, and analysing digital media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the setup and updating of monthly and fortnightly digital performance reports.
  • Configure campaign tracking through our ad server and Google Tag Manager.
  • Launch and monitor digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Spotify, and YouTube.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable optimisation recommendations.
  • Support Directors and Managers with research tasks and digital planning initiatives.
  • Stay informed about digital media tools and trends through industry resources and as a digital native.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers.

Skills and Competencies:

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Meta Business Manager.
  • Knowledge of Google Marketing Suite (DCM, Search 360, Google Ads).
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio.

Commercial Acumen:

  • Demonstrated ability to implement tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • Provide essential support to the team in addressing client needs.

Product and Innovation:

  • Ability to take direction in utilising planning tools and applying data throughout all campaign stages.

Client Engagement:

  • Engage effectively with clients when necessary.
  • Foster strong relationships to ensure smooth communication with all contacts.

  • Attend relevant training events.
