Digital Communications Advisor

This Government Agency is seeking a Digital Communications Advisor to assist in enhancing operational communications as part of a new regulatory management system.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement communication action plans to improve how the organisation interacts across various digital and operational channels.
- Create, revise, and implement content, including letters, SMS, emails, templates, scripts, and digital content for web and portals.
- Lead forums, surveys, and interviews to gather insights and collaborate with internal SME’s
- Create materials to help staff and the community understand and navigate new processes in complaints handling.
- Contribute to our re-branding initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years’ experience in a communications role, ideally with experience in transformation projects.
- Proven written communication skills, experience with digital platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Demonstrated experience working in a busy project and/or communications role within a project environment
- Previous Government experience would be advantageous
- Skilled in building collaborative and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
