This Government Agency is seeking a Digital Communications Advisor to assist in enhancing operational communications as part of a new regulatory management system.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement communication action plans to improve how the organisation interacts across various digital and operational channels.
  • Create, revise, and implement content, including letters, SMS, emails, templates, scripts, and digital content for web and portals.
  • Lead forums, surveys, and interviews to gather insights and collaborate with internal SME’s
  • Create materials to help staff and the community understand and navigate new processes in complaints handling.
  • Contribute to our re-branding initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years’ experience in a communications role, ideally with experience in transformation projects.
  • Proven written communication skills, experience with digital platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a busy project and/or communications role within a project environment
  • Previous Government experience would be advantageous
  • Skilled in building collaborative and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
